This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on our official Shopify website, including women’s casual dresses, couple matching sets, and all other apparel products sold by Marine Lamblin LLC. This policy complies with Belgian commercial law and European Union (EU) e-commerce regulations, covering order processing, shipping methods, delivery timeframes, shipping fees, cross-border rules, and liability terms for all customers.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and verified within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends, Belgian national public holidays, and official seasonal vacation periods.

2. Shipping Coverage & Service Areas

We provide shipping services to Belgium and all European Economic Area (EEA) member countries. Our core service regions include Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, and other EU territories.
We currently do not ship to remote islands, restricted regions, or non-EU countries unless otherwise specified in individual order agreements. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse shipments to high-risk regions for logistics safety reasons.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are calculated from the shipment dispatch date, excluding order processing time:
  • Domestic Belgium Shipping: 2–4 business days
  • EU Neighboring Countries: 3–6 business days
  • Other EEA Regions: 5–10 business days
All delivery times are estimated for reference only. Actual delivery schedules may be affected by logistics company efficiency, customs clearance procedures, extreme weather conditions, public health policies, or force majeure events. Minor delivery delays do not qualify for order cancellation, refund, or compensation claims.

4. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Rules

Shipping fees are automatically calculated during checkout based on package weight, volume, and customer delivery address. All displayed fees are final and include standard logistics service charges within the EU region.
We offer free standard shipping for orders that meet our minimum order threshold, which will be clearly displayed on our website homepage and checkout page. Free shipping applies only to standard delivery services; expedited shipping upgrades require additional charges paid by the customer.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (EU Compliance)

In accordance with EU and Belgian tax regulations, all intra-EU shipments are processed with valid VAT inclusion. For cross-border EU orders, applicable VAT is charged at checkout based on the customer’s delivery country tax rate.
Starting from July 1, 2026, new EU low-value import rules apply. Shipments within the EU may incur standard customs handling fees as regulated by EU authorities. All mandatory taxes, customs duties, and administrative fees imposed by official institutions are borne by the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.
We will provide complete and accurate product declarations, HS codes, and commercial invoices for all cross-border shipments to ensure smooth customs clearance.

6. Shipment Tracking & Customer Responsibilities

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an official shipment confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and tracking link. You can monitor the real-time delivery status of your package online at any time.
Customers are responsible for providingaccurate and complete delivery addresses, valid contact information, and postal codes. We are not liable for delivery failures, package loss, or redelivery fees caused by incorrect customer address information, missed courier calls, or unclaimed packages.

7. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

Damaged/Defective Items During Transit: Customers must notify us and provide photo/video evidence of package damage or product defects within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. We will verify the issue and arrange free replacement or full refund in compliance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Once the logistics system confirms successful delivery to the customer’s address, the package is considered safely delivered. We will not be responsible for package loss or theft occurring after confirmed delivery. For packages lost in transit before delivery, we will assist customers in filing logistics claims and provide corresponding after-sales solutions.

8. Shipping Restrictions & Special Notes

All our products are women’s casual dresses and couple matching sets, which belong to ordinary civilian apparel with no shipping restrictions. We strictly comply with EU transportation safety regulations and do not ship any prohibited items.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate shipping services for orders with abnormal transaction records, suspected fraud, repeated address errors, or violation of our website terms of service.

9. Force Majeure

Marine Lamblin LLC is not liable for shipping delays, delivery failures, or package losses caused by uncontrollable force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, traffic suspension, government policy adjustments, customs lockdowns, epidemic control measures, and logistics system failures. We will resume normal shipping services and notify customers timely once the emergency ends.
